To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience supporting people with disabilities in settings such as Individual Support, Supported Independent Living, Early Childhood Education, Teacher's Aide, etc.
About the Role In this role, you will work with people ranging in age from children to adults.
You may be supporting with the following depending on the specific needs of your client(s): Community participation and transport Domestic assistance and food preparation Self-care assistance and prompting Supporting clients with leisure activities and hobbies In addition to our values, our support staff require: 6-12 months minimum experience working in disability Relevant qualification NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Clearance Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Driver's License & own vehicle with comprehensive insurance Willing to work a variety of shifts including shorter 2-hour supports Ability to connect with your clients, showing an interest in them and their passions If you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
