About the role We are looking for support workers who have industry experience and the following attributes: Clear and effective communication skills Cultural knowledge essential A person-centred approach to care An ability to establish a professional relationship with participants, health practitioners and their families.
Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required.

EAP services Mandatory requirement Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged care or equivalent First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
