About the role We are looking for support workers to help who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes:
We are seeking Casual Disability Support Workers, that will lead to permanent or part time, who have experience in supporting participants with intellectual support needs. Experience in Medical support needs.Ability to complete medical charts and records.Experience in Behaviours of Concerns.Experience in supporting people with communicative difficulties.Providing complex care and support to participant with Challenging Behaviours and ability to comply individual Behaviour Support Plan.Providing support around personal care, including bed bath/showering, toileting, dressing and medication administration.Ability to recognise and understand individual changes.Domestic duties for a clean and hygienic environment and workplace.
