About the Role: Meaningful Impact: Support clients in supported independent living accommodation and community settings, empowering them to live more independently and engage in activities they love.Flexible Shifts: Cover varied shifts including day, evening, overnight, and weekends, adapting to each client's unique needs.Person-Centered Approach: Work with a team focused on compassionate, individualised care that puts each client's goals and choices first.What We're Looking For: Experience in Disability Support: Experience with supported independent living, group, or individualised programs.Adaptable: Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice and meet the evolving needs of clients.Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support (or a willingness to enroll).Basic computer skills, driver's license, insured vehicle, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.What We Offer: SCHADS Level 2 based on experience.Not-for-profit salary packaging.Full induction including buddy shifts and ongoing professional development.Apply Today!
