We offer professional development, flexible working arrangements, health and wellbeing initiatives, salary packaging and much more.The primary purpose of the Disability Support Worker (DSW) role will be to provide support that enables participants to meet their daily needs and goals, including social, recreational and skill development programs. DSW will work either within a team context or 1:1 support to provide consistent, high quality services that meet identified needs and goals.We are seeking applicants who can work any day of the week being Monday – Sunday in the Katoomba / Blue Mountain region.Previous experience as a DSW would be desirable, however we welcome applicants with no prior experience to apply. You must have a caring personality, passion for helping others and have a positive attitude.
