Components of the role include in-home support, assistance with self-care, meal preparation with light domestic assistance, social engagement and community access and participation.About YouTo set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.In addition to our values, our support staff require Mandatory Experience and Compliance:1-year minimum experience as a Support WorkerExperience with schizophrenia, OCD, ODD and anxietyRelevant qualification (minimum Certificate III) in Disability or a related industry.
