We are looking for dedicated support workers to join our Melbourne team to assist clients in their home and to access the community. As a disability support worker your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing personalised care and support based on individual needs and preferences Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, community access and general day to day activities Building meaningful relationships with clients to foster trust and communication Promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their goals We are offering permanent part time or casual positions with flexible time to suit your needs and offer great benefits.
