Requirements We are looking for staff to deliver meaningful therapeutic recreational activities and care with the following requirements: Certificate in Aged, AIN, Disability or Community Working with Children Check National Police Check Certificate Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence NDIS Worker Reference Check Number Excellent and effective communication skills. Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect. Follow through tasks, case management notes, responding and reporting. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in any situation. Ability to work together as part of a team, collaborate to solve problems and achieve goals. Acceptance to ongoing training for NDIS essential courses and mental health facilitated through Spectrum Care.
