In this role, you will be providing active support to clients within their home and their community to develop skills, independence, and friendships. You will be supporting and encouraging our clients to participate in a range of day-to-day activities based on their hobbies, interests and goals set within their NDIS support plans. The role can be incredibly rewarding as you are an integral part of their journey towards 'Better Days, Every Day'.
