About you Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement Show initiative & think outside the box Empower participants you support - 'Do With' not 'Do For' Complete a pre-employment medical, willingness to complete Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and have a valid driver's licence. Preferably be able to work a rotating roster including some weekends and sleepovers/active nights & split shifts. Who we are?
