At Solve Care, we are dedicated to providing excellent support to our clients. We are looking for a passionate disability support worker for day, afternoon and night shifts, who can join our friendly team and help us make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
The right candidate will have a friendly personality, initiative and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for providing supports to clients in the community, providing domestic assistance, as well as accompanying people on outings and activities.

No experience is required. Candidates receive buddy shifts and an online training platform for theory based learning.

Act in a professional and compassionate manner when working with clients To be successful you will need to have (all must be valid and in date): Australian Driver's License (provisional permitted) Car with insurance and registration NDIS Worker's Screening First Aid and CPR valid 100 points of ID Working with Children Check Highly Desired (not required): Cert III Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care, Community Services, Disability Work or similar. Previous experience in a similar role – Minimum of 6 months relevant experience Previous experience supporting people living with a disability. Demonstrated proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work / caseload. Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
