We are looking for people just like you to work within the Lismore, Ballina, and Tweed Heads areas, flexibility is a must as these roles include days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, sleepover shifts, and shifts given at short notice, you'll spend your time on the in the community, completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include: In-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing Providing care in accordance with their individualized Care Plan Supporting with community-based recreational and social activities Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments Taking them to the parks, movies, beach, etc. What we are offering: A variety of shift options to suit your availability 20 to 40+ hours per week Weekly salary ranging from $800 to $2,000 per week Weekday- $30+ per hour Saturday - $40.41 per hour Sunday - $51.95 per hour Public Holiday - $63.50 per hour Employee Benefits Program What we need from you: Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent Blue Card preferred NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card Driver's license and reliable transport Fully COVID vaccinated as per NSW Government Health Regulations Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth certificate, etc.) More about us: Conexson is a leading specialist Disability & Aged Care staffing solution that operates nationally.
