Responsibilities: Implement support plans based on the supported person's needs, preferences, and interestsHelp with all aspects of daily living from getting up in the morning to going to bed at nightAid people to get to their chosen activities like social events, work, and appointmentsPromote personal choice and control for the personAssist with personal care, hygiene, and household duties such as cleaning, cooking, and washingAdminister medicationQualifications and Experience: Experience with complex behavioursExperience with neurological disabilities preferredA passion for enabling and working with peopleDesire for meaningful work and comfortable providing people with daily living supportWillingness to learn new skills and undertake ongoing trainingWillingness to work as part of a teamYou will also bring with you or be willing to obtain: NDIS Worker screening CheckWorking with Children CheckUnrestricted Australian Driver's LicenseEvidence of COVID-19 vaccination status, including boosterCurrent First Aid Certificate with CPRWe can support you through the process of obtaining these if you don't already have them.Why Join Us?
