We are looking for dedicated support workers to join our Melbourne team to assist clients in their home and to access the community. As a disability support worker your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing personalised care and support based on individual needs and preferences Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, community access and general day-to-day activities Building meaningful relationships with clients to foster trust and communication Promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their goals We are offering permanent part-time or casual positions with flexible time to suit your needs and offer great benefits.
