About the role We are looking for team members to support a male client in Toowoomba three days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm).
The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:
Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community.Providing positive behaviour support to our clients.Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting, and data collection.Contributing to the team's overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients.Working with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision.Maintaining a professional relationship with clients and adhering to the NDIS and company code of conduct.Above all, being responsive, reliable, and accountable to our clients and your team.What we offer:Casual positionsCompetitive Pay Rates up to $44.39/hourWeekend Rate: up to $79.9011% super5 weeks Annual LeaveOnsite TrainingOpportunities for Career Progression
