Programmed Maintenance Services – Lismore NSW

Key responsibilities: Provide personal care, assistance with daily activities and emotional support to individuals living with disabilities.Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence.Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.Manage challenging behaviours and provide tailored support based on individual care plans.Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.Administer medication.Minimum Requirements: Current Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Community Care.Experience with clients who have complex needs in an Aged Care environment.Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and current car insurance.Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.NDIS Workers Clearance (or willingness to obtain).Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Minimum six months of recent experience in providing personal care assistance to clients in an aged care or community setting.What we can provide to you: Great hourly rates paid weekly.Immediate start with full orientation provided.Work with a supportive & collaborative team.Access to ongoing learning opportunities.Free CPR training.Build strong professional relationships with your clients & your team.If you are passionate about supporting people with disabilities and have the necessary qualifications, click APPLY now!
