The Salt Foundation is a registered NDIS provider with a proud history of providing programs that promote physical, social, and mental well-being for individuals, families, and communities. As a not-for-profit charity all our proceeds go back into the community. Over the last 10 years, the Salt Foundation has donated proceeds to support those who are most valuable and disadvantaged in our community. This has seen the development of emergency food relief programs to families in crises, the establishment of an orphanage in India, social enterprise for women and children in Cambodia, and many more programs both locally and abroad. About the Role: We have several vacancies available throughout Melbourne for experienced Disability Support Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in providing home and community access. Working with the Salt Foundation you will play a vital role in supporting our participants in pursuing their interests, developing new skills, achieving their lifestyle goals, and being valued as equal members in the community. Your role may involve providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care, assistance with everyday household tasks, and meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.
