Hey YouAs Disability Support Worker, you will work as part of a team supporting clients within our shared supported accommodation homes in and across Hobart, TAS. You'll provide personal care, community access and person-centered support to clients, encouraging and empowering them to develop independent living skills and to support in their individual growth. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team and be provided with individualised training so you can best support our varied cohort of clients.
About YouOur ideal Disability Support Worker will display strong interpersonal skills and be able to quickly develop rapport with people of varied abilities and diverse backgrounds. You will be able to think on your feet and work autonomously as required.
