What We Offer: Very Competitive Hourly Rate: $31.76 – $57.17 per hour (plus superannuation).
Base rates are based on qualifications.

Must-Haves: Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support, or Mental Health.
NDIS Workers Screening Card.
Current CPR/First Aid certification.
Current Australian QLD Driver's Licence.
Own reliable car with current registration and comprehensive insurance.
Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain).
Key Responsibilities: Promoting self-care and independence.
Fostering meaningful community engagement.
Supporting participants in activities such as swimming, bushwalking, BBQs, and other outdoor activities.
Being an active and energetic person who loves to engage with others.
Talking and listening to clients to provide emotional support.
Providing practical support by completing things like household tasks.
Helping with meal preparation.
Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication.
Forming strong and trusting relationships with clients.
Desirable: Additional certifications or higher education in mental health or disability are highly regarded.
