About the role:We are currently seeking experienced support workers to join our team and assist our clients based in Drysdale and Ocean Grove on the Bellarine Peninsula.Shifts are 3-5 hours, mostly day shifts starting from 9am. Duties involve taking the clients for community access outings and assisting with transport as well as some assistance with meal preparation and light house cleaning.If successful you will receive regular on-going shifts but also be required to assist with ad-hoc casual shifts when other staff are on leave.About yourself:Excellent communication skills, compassionate, friendly and approachableAble to build a strong rapport with your clients while maintaining professional standardsReliable and flexible to meet clients needsThe ability to impact each individual's life offering support with independence, empowerment, and inclusion in the communityKey Requirements:Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support.
