We're looking for a Disability Support Worker to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities!
About the Role This is a part-time opportunity to join our Emerald team as a Disability Support Worker.
The role primarily involves early morning shifts starting at 6 AM, along with afternoon and evening shifts.
You'll provide support to our customers, in their Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes or within the community.You'll assist individuals with various disabilities, prioritise tasks effectively, and help create a supportive environment that encourages independence and personal growth.

Other responsibilities may include: Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care.
Housekeeping duties, including cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
Administering or prompting medication as required.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Keep accurate records, including progress notes and incident reports.
