Supportive Team leader E-learning training DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Personal Care Social support Meal Preparation Medication Assistance (prompt) Respite Domestic Assistance Transportation to appointments and shopping Requirements Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle Certificate III or higher in Disability Services. Satisfactory Australian National Police Check. Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate. Smart mobile phone. Be authorized to work in Australia Live within the Sydney Lower North Shore 1 year NDIS experience WWCC A successful candidate will have the following: Ability to provide personal and domestic care with joy and kindness - Empathy and initiative is essential A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people. Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.
