Responsibilities: Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential settingAssisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication managementImplementing individualized care plans and monitoring progress towards goalsSupporting clients to engage in social and recreational activities within the communityCollaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of clientsRequirements: Previous experience in disability support or a related field preferredCertificate III or IV in Disability Support, Aged Care, or Community ServicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and overnight shiftsCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's licenseClean criminal recordManual handling certificate or willing to obtainWillingness to obtain any other mandatory certifications for the roleIf you are passionate about providing quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, we want to hear from you!
