Disability Support Worker

This role is responsible for providing support to people with disabilities, assisting them to build meaningful relationships and find valued roles in their community.
Accessing Community: assist participants with community outings which may include shopping, attending appointments, church, museums, and festivals. Recreational Support: assist participants to pursue and develop their recreational pursuits which may include joining a local sporting club, kicking the footy at the park, or swimming at the local swimming pool. Building Independent Living Skills: assist participants with daily living and life skills, which may include cooking, managing personal finances, home and garden maintenance, and transport training for public transport use. If you are passionate, vibrant, and love supporting people, then this is the role for you. We are currently looking for Support Workers who are available to work in Bunbury, Busselton, Collie, and surrounding areas.
