About the role We are looking for Female team members in our supported independent living arrangements in Nudgee to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community.
The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:
Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the communityProviding positive behaviour support to our clientsCompleting appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting, and data collectionContributing to the team's overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clientsWorking with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provisionMaintaining a professional relationship with clients and adhering to the NDIS and company code of conductAbove all, being responsive, reliable, and accountable to our clients and your teamWhat we offer: Part-time/Casual positions

Qualification/Experience: Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher
(or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)

Verbal/Written Communication and Relationship Building Skills
