About you You are a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual with a real passion to make a difference in the lives of people with disability. As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirementsExperience supporting NDIS participants with physical and psychosocial disabilitiesThe ability to communicate and appropriately respond to the needs of people with disabilityPassion for building strong relationships and rapport with participantsAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyAbility to complete detailed and accurate documentationFirst Aid CertificateDrivers LicenceNDIS Worker Screening ClearanceWorking with Children CheckProof of Covid-19 VaccinationLegal working rights in AustraliaYou will have the opportunity to work for an ethical organisation who prides themselves on providing the most suitable supports for our participants.
