Position Overview: We are seeking a caring and motivated Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual or part-time basis.
This role offers flexible hours (5-15 hours per week) with competitive pay.
You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while enjoying a fun, supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance to clients as needed, including daily living activities. Support clients in accessing the community and participating in social activities. Assist with mobility and transportation needs. Develop positive relationships with clients and their families. Maintain accurate records of support provided and any relevant observations. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Qualifications: Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. Previous experience in a support or caregiving role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to clients' changing needs. A valid driver's license is required. Relevant certifications (e.g.
