The RoleUsing a person-centered and active support approach, a Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to provide support services to people with disabilities. The Disability Support Worker will work with a range of plans for each client, such as an individual Support Plan, Health Care Plan, Medication Plan, Meal Plan, Manual Handling Plan, and will work within the rhythm of service for each house.
