Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will possess the experience to work with individuals with complex care needs. Local applicants are preferred.
Medication administration.Home Based Daily Living Support.Taking participants for appointments and other community participation.Behavior observation and support.Meal preparation and shopping assistance.Maintaining a record of participant progress.Assessing participants to determine continuing needs.Assistance in building participant self-image and self-confidence.Manual Handling of participants.Availability to cover a range of shifts including sleepovers and weekends.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality results. Desired Skills and ExperienceRequirements: Must have own vehicle for transport with comprehensive insurance.The candidate must be able to work varied shifts.Should have a Certificate III or IV in Disability or Ageing with any relevant experience.Required Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.Required Current National Police Clearance.Mandatory to have a Current state or territory-unrestricted driver's Full license.Should have Ochre Card.Required NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
