Role Responsibilities: Play a valued role in the daily operation of services which provide life skill development, social inclusion, and vocational opportunities for people with a disability. Provide support in accordance with client's individualised plans and promote good health and well-being. Provide support and assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care. Follow health and personal care plans, including positive behaviour support plans. Advocate for client choice and control in a way that is safe and best practice. Provide opportunities for skill development and inclusion in clients' communities. Skills and Experience: Prior experience working with people with disabilities or in a similar role (desirable). Certificate III and/or IV in Disability and prior experience (desirable). Willingness and ability to drive a Unisson vehicle. Passion for supporting people to live their best life. Demonstrated ability to be creative and proactive in identifying and responding to change. Availability to work different rostered shifts, weekends, evening shifts, and split shifts (essential).
