Salary: $33.41 - $45.57 per hour + super + salary packaging
Location: Newnham, Launceston - TAS We are looking for empathetic disability support workers who take a person-centered approach when supporting people with disability.
In this role, you will be providing active support to some of our wonderful clients within our Young Adult Day Programs, in Newnham.
Our clients really enjoy participating in the activities that we have on offer, so we are looking for support workers who are also open to participating in these activities alongside our clients.
You will be supporting and encouraging our clients to participate in a range of day-to-day activities based on their hobbies, interests and goals set within their NDIS support plans.
The role can be incredibly rewarding as you are an integral part of their journey towards 'Better Days, Every Day'.
