About the Role Joining ourLifestyles team, you willprovide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community, with travel between clients and working short, split shifts required.
Successful candidates will have availability for short shifts (up to 2 hours) across weekdays and will be required to travel to different locations to support people with disability living inNorth Ryde and Ryde. Travel to surrounding suburbs may also be required including Gladesville and Lane Cove North. Key Responsibilities Assistance with daily living (including personal care)Domestic assistance (support with household chores)Maintain and monitor person-centred plansDocumenting and progress note keepingCommunity access and transport (with the use of your own vehicle)Skills & Experience Experience supporting people with disabilityConfidence and experience in manual handling and providing personal careAustralian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicleCurrent First Aid and CPRWilling to complete basic household choresPassionate about delivering Person-Centred careSuccessful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
