Disability Support Worker (Casual)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join the Hamilton Care platform. As a support worker with us, you will have the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Personalized Support: Assist participants with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support based on their individual needs.
Facilitate Community Engagement: Support participants in attending community activities, appointments, and social events.
Promote Independence: Empower participants to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.
Maintain Communication: Collaborate effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $47.50 – $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 38 per week
Licence/Certification:

First Aid Certification (Preferred)
Working with Children Check (Preferred)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)
National Police Certificate (Preferred)
Driver Licence (Preferred)
