Disability Support Worker You're better off, At Home About you We are looking for understanding and compassionate disability support workers to join us and assist our client in Busselton . Our client is a mature man who has an interest in footy and car-racing.
As a support worker, you will be a valued member of our passionate care team, supporting our client to live independently in his own home and empowering him to achieve his personal life goals. If you're someone who has a genuine interest in helping and would like to make a difference in someone's life within your community, this role is perfect for you!
We have various morning , afternoon , evening , and active night shifts available seven days a week. Applicants with regular availability will be highly regarded.
Paid training provided. Part-time and casual employment will be available for the right candidate.
New to the Industry? The role of a disability support worker is a special one. Each of our clients has goals they would like to achieve, such as learning how to make a delicious meal, going bowling, or improving their fitness. You will assist them in living independently, help them work towards these goals, and support them as they discover new passions. Each day is different as you give someone the freedom to live life how they choose, and (the best bit) you get to go along for the ride.
