How you'll make an impactDue to continuous and exciting growth, we're currently recruiting for multiple Disability Support Workers to join our team throughout Ballarat and in surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to our Participants with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.

Penalty rates apply on weekends, Public Holidays, after 8pm and after 12am.
About youAs a passionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker, you'll have experience with providing quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports and building rapport with participants. Ideally, you'll have a:
