Celebrating the little wins comes naturally to you, and you are passionate about assisting others to make those small improvements to reach their goals.About the roleWorking within a high care house (including complex behaviours), you will provide the highest standard of care to individuals with disabilities. No two days are the same! As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to support our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living.You might provide personal care or help with medication, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you'll be supporting clients to achieve goals that matter to them.
