We are looking for a passionate, empathetic Support Worker with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Lifestyles, on a casual basis across locations such as Stockton, Wallsend, Macquarie, West Wallsend, Lambton, Raymond Terrace. About the roleYour role centres on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.

using CPA minivan.RequirementsAvailable for a minimum of 2 to 3 days during the week and weekendsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities to reach their goalsFlexibility to work across different services, locations and teams within CPA Lifestyles e.g.
