Disability Support Practitioner - Day Program

We are looking for a passionate, empathetic Support Worker with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Lifestyles, on a Casual basis.
About the roleYour role centres on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.
