This 12-month contract role is responsible for delivering quality, whole-of-life supports to individuals accessing services within ARC's Direct Supports area.
Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, creating daily routines, maintaining information, conducting risk assessments, coordinating staff, and ensuring effective service delivery.
Outstanding communication and strong interpersonal skills, with both internal and external stakeholders.Excellent knowledge of N.D.I.S.
and the SCHADS Award.High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.Working with Children (Blue Card) and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) and a Right to Work within Australia.Undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.Current Queensland Driver's Licence.Experience in providing support to individuals via case management.Knowledge of legislation, WHS regulations, Fair Work and Modern Awards.Good IT literacy including data management systems and software.Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively.Interpersonal skills, experience with external service providers.
