An opportunity now exists for a motivated professional to join our dedicated Social Work team as the Disability Liaison Officer.

An extension of the contract after completion date will be considered at 0.3 EFT.
The position: 6-month Fixed-Term contract.
40.0 hours per fortnight with estimated completion 30.06.2025.
In this role, you will champion and support health service access for people with disabilities across health services in East Gippsland by addressing barriers such as fear, uncertainty, and accessibility issues.
You will provide coordination for referrals and initial assessments of non-admitted (not inpatient) clients to various BRHS programs.
The role considers intersectionality identities, including LGBTQIA+, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and CALD.
