Disability Employment Trainer

About We are passionate about bringing positive change and opportunities for people with disabilities through our successful employment program, social, community, recreational and daily living supports. About the role We are looking for a disability support trainer to join our team to deliver our employment program in either Blacktown or Burwood NSW. The role involves training employability skills and meeting with prospective employers to attempt to find work experience for our participants. Salary will be commensurate with experience. 
The role involves:
Training and teaching participants time management skills, money management, taking instructions in the workplace, understanding expectations in the workplace and working as a team;Assisting participants to prepare for and find work experience opportunities; Assisting participants to complete their work experience by providing on the job support.Favorable ·   Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a related field
