Details of the offer

Sureway Employment and Training – Kadina SA
Permanent part-time position (Tues, Wed, Thurs). Based in Kadina.
Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey to secure employment opportunities. Then, support them to stay employed through the Disability Employment Services contract. The support we provide has a ripple effect. It extends to client's families and broader communities as well. Join us to align with our mission of 'changing lives and building stronger communities'.
Success in this role comes from building trust, listening, and treating each person as an individual with support tailored to their specific needs. Enjoy the rewards of a job well done alongside a paid day off for your birthday, and an additional week of leave each year once you reach 3 years of service.
Duties Get people into work by breaking down the goal of employment into smaller, achievable steps. Work in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our services. Deliver holistic caseload management. Ensure accurate timely administration. Experience is an asset, but equally being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have a positive attitude, the ability to manage your workload/priorities, and confidence with a variety of customer relationships, you can succeed with us. Sureway's training and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need.
We specialise in regional areas across 4 states but retain that 'family feel'.
Benefits Comprehensive onboarding and staff development program. Laptops for all employees. Values based reward program. Flexible working environment with a focus on work-life balance. Performance-based bonuses. Birthday leave. Additional week of leave after 3 years of service. Sureway Employment and Training lead the industry in Workforce Australia Employment Services and Disability Employment Services. We also extend to the delivery of training and health supports. Sureway delivers innovative programs to job seekers, employers, and learners across NSW, VIC, ACT, and SA. Our growing suite of services assists people to achieve their goals and aspirations in life.
This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants also must have the right to work in Australia.
Submit a cover letter and current resume as soon as possible. Applications are being considered as they are submitted.
We celebrate diversity and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples, individuals with disabilities, LGBTIQA+ communities, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
