Your day-to-day will involve:Goal Setting & Action Planning: Helping participants set achievable goals and map out the steps to reach them.Employment Preparation: Offering hard and soft skills training, confidence building, and job readiness coaching.Job Skills Analysis: Assessing employment skills and providing counselling and guidance.On-the-Job Coaching: Supporting participants through volunteering, work experience, or paid employment—both in small groups and individually.Post-Placement Support: Offering ongoing support to both participants and employers to ensure long-term success.Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is dedicated to fostering inclusion for people with disabilities within the community.
