Domestic Cleaners - Disability (In-Home Care) Support clients living in their own home.

About us: Jewish Care Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation, one of the largest providers of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria. We have been servicing the community for 175 years. Our staff come from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. About the role: We have an opportunity for Domestic Cleaners committed to supporting persons with a disability to live their best life. Work in suburbs surrounding Windsor, Caulfield, Carnegie, St Kilda and more.

Establish and maintain a supportive environment for people using a person-centered active support model. Facilitate and support clients in all aspects of daily living. Promote opportunities for skill development and community access. Contribute to the plans and outcomes for clients, programs, and activities. Maintain effective interpersonal communications with clients, colleagues, and family members. Regularly update client reports and relevant records. What you will bring: Prior experience cleaning in the homes of persons with disability (preferred). NDIS Clearance (essential). Working with Children Check (essential). Current Victorian Drivers License and reliable own car (essential). Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to self-manage and monitor your work schedule.
