The Job: We have teams in Canberra, the Gold Coast, and Western Sydney, and are seeking some team members to join our teams in all locations.

The positions are casual, and shifts will be a combination of weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Johnny H is different from other service providers - we provide services to clients with disabilities, which will enhance our clients with greater personal and community engagement including travel and participation in a range of activities.
Key responsibilities: Delivery of effective support and assistance to clients that enables them to get the most out of their JH experience.Liaising with the clients and carers to ensure seamless provision of services every time.Resolve all issues in a timely manner as they occur on the trips or activities to guarantee client safety as a priority.Individual assistance requirements for all clients are met to ensure high level participation in all JH activities; ensuring that all clients receive the level of assistance they require.Ensure accuracy of client information to ensure the continued compliance with both internal and external requirements.Assisting the Team Leader with travel logistics as required.About you: You are a person who has:
