We will deliver expert care close to home by investing in a range of specialist services at Rockhampton Hospital for all Central Queenslanders.About the role: In this role you will:Provide, develop and maintaining an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative and secretarial support service to the Clinical Director.Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to clients and staff within the Health Service and external agencies.Make administrative decisions relating to the interpretation of Department policies and procedures.About you: To be successful in this role you must have:Knowledge of Medical Officer Awards and employment conditions.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and act as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team to provide an effective customer focused service.Demonstrated problem solving skills, and the ability to perform duties on a day-to-day basis in the absence of decision makers.
