Details: The Community Services Directorate (CSD) is seeking a high-performing leader to implement the Protective Security Framework for CSD and lead the multi-disciplinary team who are responsible for Security, Facilities, Fleet, and Sustainability.
The Directorate Security Advisor will have highly developed leadership skills, preferably within a policy environment, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills. They will lead and deliver several security-related projects and associated policies, as well as coordinating and advising on other security matters for the directorate.
The Directorate Security Advisor will be responsible for the management of CSD's asset management and facility operations, including accommodation, planned and reactive maintenance, asset management, utilities and contracts and leasing for the CDS property portfolio.
