We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our clients Valuation team in Victoria. This role will allow you to manage large, diverse projects across a variety of industries and asset classes, working with some of Australia's leading organisations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow a team of valuers while managing a diverse portfolio of valuation projects. Oversee valuations for financial reporting, insurance purposes, and other key client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Provide expert valuation advice and strategic guidance to clients. Actively contribute to local sales initiatives and business development. Travel within Victoria, interstate, and internationally as required. What You Bring: AAPI with CPV qualifications. 10+ years of valuation experience, with expertise across multiple industries. Proven leadership experience managing both teams and clients. Experience in insurance or financial reporting valuations is highly regarded. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a logical mindset. Willingness to travel.
