As a senior member of our national Valuation & Advisory Services team, you will work across some of Australia's best assets and contribute to our industry leading valuation platform. You will have direct access to senior leadership and contribute to their decision making. Key Responsibilities Provide the highest quality advice and valuation services possible on time and in line with clients' requirements Meet individual budgets and assist with the preparing, monitoring and updating budgets and forecasts for any direct reports Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement by taking ownership of new and existing client relationships Attend client / industry events to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge Undertake property valuations , within own sector / market Extract and appropriately analyse comparable sales evidence Collaborate with other service lines across Colliers to complete valuation work for mutual clients Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients Ongoing enhancement of internal databases Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines Mentor and support junior team members and support staff with their career development and progress Qualifications Minimum Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions Computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel, Word and Estate Master Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts Ability to effectively lead a team Excellent organisation and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Superior industry knowledge of the markets Demonstrate property risk awareness and adherence to and an understanding of Colliers Assure, our in house quality assurance methodology Additional Information Colliers has a culture of service excellence and collaboration that provides our people with the ideal platform to engage their clients, develop their skills and accelerate their careers.
