What's in it for you $161,770 - $169,261 plus 12.75% super.The opportunity to shape organisational culture, drive reforms, and lead a highly skilled team delivering trauma-informed services.A senior leadership role where your strategic and operational expertise will directly support community-focused outcomes.What you'll do Lead QCAT's Tribunal and Registry Services, ensuring services align with legislation, policies, and ethical standards.Drive innovation, organisational change, and continuous improvement to achieve trauma-informed, client-centred outcomes.Provide expert strategic and operational advice to senior leadersPartner with judicial officers, tribunal decision-makers, and stakeholders to deliver effective, timely tribunal services.Analyse emerging trends, solve complex issues, and refine business processes to improve service delivery and outcomes.Lead workforce planning, governance, financial and risk management practices to support strategic goals.Represent QCAT on committees and working groups, fostering strong internal and external partnerships.What skills you need Proven leadership capability in complex environments, driving accountability, change, and results.Highly developed strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions and performance improvements.Strong experience managing diverse operational objectives while maintaining a focus on trauma-informed service delivery.Ability to build enduring relationships and steer cross-boundary collaborations to achieve shared outcomes.A commitment to fostering healthy, inclusive, and ethical workplaces, with strong governance and risk management practices.Sound understanding of registry operations and ability to lead reforms to deliver fit-for-purpose services.How to apply Submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your top three strengths and how your knowledge, skills, and experience make you the ideal candidate for this role.Applications close: 20 January 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
